Booking policy for braids
- The price list does not include extension (braiding hair). All extensions are sold in the shop and if you have your own extension, it must be handed in two days before appointment date especially if extensions are not pre-stretched.
- The prices are strictly for long hair. Any hair below 10 inches will have to pay more because it takes more time to braid short hair.
- It will be nice if all hair for braids are blow dried, detangled and straightened before coming to the salon because this reduces braiding pain and it also makes your braids last longer and neat.
- If customers are bringing their own hair, we strongly advice that they get pre stretched hair because this will save time especially if they are bringing the hair on the same day of their appointment.
- Braiding taking hours, so customers must be on time for their braids to finish on time
- You must pay 15% non-refundable fee to secure your appointment date and time.
- Cancellation must be done at least 6 hours before appointment time.
- If you are up to 30 mins late without notification, then you will be replaced if there is a next appointment.
